Frequently asked questions
First, a quick Note; each work is placed in a number order system. Once work is completed you will get a notification email.
- Sessions with less stem or track are faster to deliver.
- Once you have a session with more than 16 tracks you get a draft which sometimes slows up the return time if the client is not quick to respond.
First, there is no refund on work less than 400 dollars.
Secondly, all work requires a down payment or full payment.
Once work is returned the file will stay in our system for one month within that time frame you can request YMMG to resend you back the file in case you misplace it or lose the song.
after one month, the storage will carry a cost. And you will need to pay us to dig through our archive and resend you any work.
