By placing an order or booking any service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Digital Products (Beats, Instrumentals, Licenses, Downloads)

All digital products (including beats, riddims, instrumental packs, and digital downloads) are non-refundable and non-returnable once they have been delivered or downloaded.
This policy applies because digital items cannot be physically “returned,” and once access is granted, you have received the full value of the product.

Please review all demo samples, product descriptions, and license terms carefully before completing your purchase.

However, a refund may be considered if:

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical issue (e.g., download link failed).

  • You were charged twice for the same order.
    In such cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase and include your order number and proof of payment.


3. Service-Based Purchases (Mixing, Mastering, Production, Data Entry, Label Services)

For services booked through our site:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once the project has begun.

  • If you cancel before work starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 80%) depending on the service type.

  • Once services such as mixing, mastering, beat customization, or production work have started, no refund can be issued as studio time, creative work, and resources have already been allocated.

We encourage clients to review project details, deadlines, and expectations before confirming payment.


4. Physical Items (if applicable)

If you purchase any physical merchandise (such as CDs, apparel, or accessories), returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • You received a defective or incorrect item.

To initiate a return, contact our team via the Contact page before sending back any items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


5. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider; processing times can vary.
